Perechyn and its surroundings in geographical and historical aspects (from ancient times to the late Middle Ages)
The Perechyn OTG consists of: the town of Perechyn, the villages of Vorochovo, Zarichovo, Simer and Simerky. All these settlements are located in the Perechyn basin through which the river Uzh flows and which is replenished by the rivers Ublya and Turya. It is a closed mountain valley over which the peaks of Antalovetska Polyana (815 m) and Makovytsia (978 m) rise from the south, from the north basin is bounded by the mountain valley Polonyna Runa (1482 m), on the west by the valley of the rivers Ubli and Tsyrohi and on the east - by the valley of the rivers Turya and Pina.
